Smart, but learning takes too much energy?

Personal learning strategy analysis with the MILS method.
Gain insight into how you learn best in just 90 minutes.

You might recognize this:

  • learning takes much more time than expected

  • information doesn't stick well

  • homework or studying leads to frustration

  • motivation seems like a problem but it isn't really

  • despite efforts, results are still lacking

This happens more often than you think. Often, the problem isn't intelligence or motivation, but the way someone learns. Everyone processes information differently.

With a MILS learning strategy analysis, you discover how the brain receives and processes information and which learning strategies are most suitable.

MILS - know how you learn!

The MILS analysis ( More Insight into Learning Strategies ) shows how someone learns.

During this research we will map out:

  • how information is recorded and processed

  • which learning strategies cost energy

  • which learning strategies actually help

  • why learning sometimes gets stuck

  • how learning can become more effective

Many schools and programs expect a single learning style. But in reality, every brain has a unique learning profile . When you understand how your brain processes information, learning often becomes clearer and less stressful.

Through a 90-minute study, you'll gain insight into how information is most easily absorbed. MILS provides individual, long-term, effective learning strategies for improved learning outcomes and greater self-confidence.

Who can benefit from MILS?

A MILS learning strategy analysis is valuable in a variety of situations.

  • For young people who work hard but find that learning isn't efficient or takes a lot of energy. For parents who want to better understand their child's learning difficulties or homework stress.

  • For adults who are studying, retraining or find that learning has always been difficult.

  • For neurodivergent people, for example with ADHD, dyslexia, giftedness, concentration problems, etc.

It often turns out that the problem is not that someone does not want to learn, but that the learning strategy used does not suit the brain.

How does a MILS analysis work?

MILS - a method to discover how you absorb and process information, and which individual effective learning strategy can be used.

A trajectory consists of 4 steps:

  1. Initial interview

  2. Online or offline MILS learning strategy assessment (approx. 1.5 hours)

  3. Analysis of the personal learning profile

  4. Written report with practical advice for learning and studying

After the research you will have a clear picture of how learning works for this specific brain.

The power of the MILS method is that you quickly and easily learn a lot about your own learning, resulting in concrete and practical recommendations.

This can provide insight into learning difficulties associated with fear of failure and uncertainty.
