MILS for students and adults
Studying takes a lot of energy? Discover how your brain learns.
University students and adults often have more experience with learning. Yet, some people are starting a degree and are looking for support. After all, we're all lifelong learners these days!
The MILS provides practical advice on both training choices and specific learning tools. Based on the MILS results, we'll work together to discover the most effective learning strategies. We'll reflect on your intuitive knowledge about yourself and choose the learning strategies that will help you achieve maximum results in minimal time.
Students who get stuck in higher professional education or university education can usually resume their studies with renewed energy and enthusiasm once they have learned how to approach it with a different, more effective learning strategy.

How is the MILS analysis administrated?
The MILS analysis consists of two parts: a digital measurement and feedback on the scores. The entire process takes about 90 minutes.
The MILS digital measurement takes approximately 15 minutes. The student is presented with a series of paired situations or stimuli (these can be images, sounds or text), from which one option must be chosen. Based on the results of the measurement, a score is calculated for each of the scales and the coach analyses the learning preferences together with the individual. Immediately afterwards, the MILS coach uses the score to start working with the candidate to gain insight into his/her way of learning.
During the consultation, the coach will examine which learning strategies the individual already uses intuitively. The coach will suggest additional techniques and tools that may be effective. Afterwards, the candidates will receive a detailed report on their individual learning preferences and recommendations in electronic form (recommended).
