The founder and driving force behind Two Worlds is Lilka Novozhonova.

She is a psychologist, assessor, and Master MILS Coach. What drives her is a deep curiosity about people and their stories. Her passion is to work together with others to find solutions that truly work – with a down-to-earth approach, creative thinking, and always an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.

Lilka is fascinated by languages and cultures. Thanks to her broad background and experience in various fields, she can quickly adapt and clarify complex situations. She believes that everyone has unique qualities and that learning doesn’t have to be difficult or boring – even when neurodivergence is involved.

Through the MILS analysis, she helps children, adolescents, and adults discover how they learn best – in a way that suits them. In addition, as a Master MILS Coach, Lilka also provides certification training for new MILS coaches, enabling them to guide others in their learning process (in Russian and English)

Humor, perspective, and lifelong learning come naturally to her. Her goal with Two Worlds? To let you experience that learning can be easier, more enjoyable, and more successful when you know how to use your own strengths – and to pass that knowledge on to others.
